EASY PEASY DESI BREAD PIZZA  Pizza is loved by all age groups but often the making process is elaborate and requires many ingredients including sauces and cheese.  Here is Easy Peasy Desi Bread Pizza with all the ingredients that are easily available at home.  Yes it taste varies from the authentic Pizza we eat outside but it can be q uick remedy to solve your Pizza Cravings.  You need it Spicy Apni Green Chutney which is readily available in most Indian homes. When it comes to veggies you can take any of your choice.   In this Pizza I have taken boiled baby corns and boiled corns. Raw Onion, Tomato and Capsicum.  If you don't like raw then you sauté   Onion, Tomato and Capsicum in butter with mixed herbs for 2 mins. RAW AMLA JUICE  This season when the market is flooded with the fresh AMLA OR GOOSEBERRY do try to make fresh juice. Amla is a superfood with so many merits that it can help to boost your immunity, your skin, hair quality.  This is Raw Amla Juice wherein there is no need to boil it or cook it.  You can strain the pulp but interestingly I enjoy drinking that pulp because it has all the vital nutrients.  You can make the Pulp, s tore it in air tight glass bottle in the refrigerator for 10 Days.  Ingredients: Cooking time -  30 mins For the Family  250 gms  Raw amla 1/2 cup  sugar 2  lemon juices as per taste  Salt or black salt 1 cup  water as per required  Mint leaves for garnish Method:  Step 1 In a mixture grinder add slice raw amla, sugar, lemon juice and 1 cup water.   Saag Palak Paneer and Bajra Rotla Palak Paneer is commonly made in Indian households but Saag Palak Paneer is rare. Essentially a winter dish wherein with Palak (Spinach) other greens of your choice is also added. You can add or combine leafy vegetables of your choice like bathua, sarso, mooli, methi. I have added palak, methi, green chawli or amaranth leaves. Toor Dal Dhokla  Experiments and innovation has been core part of my cooking journey. So today ended up soaking more Toor Dal in the morning to make the dal. I was confused about what to do with the excess soaked dal. So thought of making Toor Dal Dhokla. Yuppy it was success and perfect partner to my evening chai.  Ingredients :  1 Cup soaked Toor dal  1/2 cup besan 1/2 cup dahi salt to taste 1.5 teaspoon of ginger green chilli paste 1 pinch of soda 1 tablespoon of oil 1 tablespoon of hot water  Sesame  seeds and red chilli powder for the garnish  For the tadka 1 tablespoon of oil 1 teaspoon of mustard seeds or rai and 1/2 teaspoon of jeera  Pinch of hing  7-8 curry leaves  Method:  Toor dal was soaked for 7-8 hours.  In a bowl mix besan and dahi and cover it with lid and let it ferment for 30 mins  Remove the excess water of dal and coarsely grind the dal with ginger green chilli and salt  Mix the grind dal wit...

Winter Special Simple Dinner - Matar Carrot Pulav with Tomato Rasa  Green peas or Matar is a winter bliss and most favourite among all age groups. While you can surely relish the Matar paratha and Matar paneer. Today I am sharing a very simple  Matar Carrot Pulav with Tomato Rasa. Easy Winter Drink  Winter is beautiful season with all the fresh veggies but the cold temperature causes fever, cold and cough. Here is simple drink that can give you warmth and soothing effect to your throat made from Cinnamon Pudina. Best part is that the drink can be made quickly with few ingredients .  Recipe   1) Just boil 1 cup water add 3 pinch of cinnamon powder ( you can use cinnamon stick as well), small piece of jaggery (optional) and 7-8 mint or pudina leaves 2) Boil everything together and slightly reduce water consistency...and serve hot 3) You can strain the water but I prefer eating the mint leaves
