Beetroot. Spinach. Carrot. Tomato Soup   Soups are winter bliss. They give you warm soothing feeling in this weather. Best part they are easy to make and you can get nutrients from several winter veggies. Presenting one more soup for all of you which has goodness of   Beetroot. Spinach. Carrot. Tomato.  The soup has no butter and no other binding agent. It has basic seasoning of pepper, salt, chilli flakes, cinnamon powder. I personally love ghee jeera tadka in my soup you can add the olive oil as well.   Methi Muthiya - A perfect Snacking item  Winter season you get one of best methi leaves in the market.  And you make methi Matar malai, Aloo methi as a main course. For snacking do try Methi Muthiya. Palak, Tomato, Sweet Corn and Carrot Soup Perfect for this Weather...this is very easy soup with No butter and binding agent added.  Best part of this soup is you get the nutrients of all the veggies like spinach, sweet corn, tomato and carrot.  I am sharing the no onion and no garlic version you can add these two.  You can also add any herbs of your choice.  I have kept it simple.  Ingredients:   30 mins   3 people Take 2 tomatoes, 7-8 spinach or palak leaves, 1 small cup of sweet corn and one carrot Salt to taste 1 tablespoon  either olive oil or ghee Half  teaspoon of jeera, pinch of Hing and 1/2 teaspoon of Kashmiri chili powder 1/2 teaspoon  cinnamon powder, 2 pinch of black pepper powder Red chilli flakes and roasted white sesame seed for garnish Method:  Step 1 Take 2 tomatoes, 7-8 spinach or palak leaves, 1 cup of sweet corn and one carrot as shown in the pic below Step 2 Boil 2 cups of water, add salt and for 2 mins dip pal...

Powder Makhana Kheer topped with colour makhana Happy Basant Panchami and Happy Republic day to everyone. Festive season calls for some sweet dish and what better than kheer on this special day.   Ingredients   25 mins   2 people 1 tablespoon  ghee 6-7  each of cashew, almond, pista and few Chironji /Charoli 1 cup  makhana 1/2 litre  milk 1/2 teaspoon  elaichi powder 3  kesar strands 1/2 cup  sugar 3  makhana dip in orange and green colour for garnish Method:  Step 1 In a pan add 1 tablespoon of ghee, add 6-7 each of cashew, almond and pista. Remove it once it gets roasted Step 2 In the same pan with remaining ghee add 1 cup of makhana and roast it for a few mins. Cool it down completely Step 3 In another pan add ½ litre of milk and boil it for 10-15 mins, now add ½ teaspoon of elaichi powder, 3 kesar strands and ½ cup of sugar. Gujurati Masala Puri with Aloo Tamatar Rasa  Masala Puri is a very popular and favourite breakfast menu in Gujurati Household. Ideally enjoyed with Kadak Masala Chai. Today we enjoyed it in dinner with Aloo Tamatar Rasa and onion. This spicy puri are very easy to make from wheat flour and basic spices.  These puri can also be paired with Sukha Aloo Sabzi but today I am sharing the recipe of Aloo Tamatar Rasa made without onion garlic.
