RAW AMLA JUICE 

This season when the market is flooded with the fresh AMLA OR GOOSEBERRY do try to make fresh juice. Amla is a superfood with so many merits that it can help to boost your immunity, your skin, hair quality.  This is Raw Amla Juice wherein there is no need to boil it or cook it.  You can strain the pulp but interestingly I enjoy drinking that pulp because it has all the vital nutrients.  You can make the Pulp, store it in air tight glass bottle in the refrigerator for 10 Days. 


Ingredients:


Cooking time - 30 mins
For the Family 
  1. 250 gms Raw amla
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 lemon juices
  4. as per taste Salt or black salt
  5. 1 cup water
  6. as per required Mint leaves for garnish

Method: 

  1. Step 1

    In a mixture grinder add slice raw amla, sugar, lemon juice and 1 cup water. Grind it to fine paste. Don't strain the mixture or else you loose out on nutritious amla

  2. Step 2

    Make the juice by taking 3 tablespoon of amla pulp, salt and water and enjoy

  3. Step 3

    Store it in air tight glass bottle in the refrigerator for 10 Days
