Vrat Special thali Rajgira Puri with Sukhi Aloo sabzi and mint flavour Dahi This is Vrat special thali that can be enjoyed by family. This is easy to make and can be done in 40 mins. If you avoid deep fried then u can also make Rajgira Parathas.  Making of Rajgira Puri  1) In a bowl add 200 gms Rajgira Atta, one mashed banana or add one mashed boiled Aloo, sendha namak as per taste and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder ...mix well and knead the dough  2) Keep oil for heating...use butter paper or any plastic sheet and then roll the Puri. Fry them on medium to high flame. Toh is baar Holi me banaye the Instant Mawa peda aur garnish Kiya food colour to give Holi feel.  Ingredients 1 cup Milk Nestle Everyday Dairy Whitener - Milk Powder, 18 g Pouch 4 tablespoon sugar 1/2 teaspoon elaichi powder 1 tablespoon Cashew powder Add 6 to 7 Charoli or Chironji Food colours for garnish Method:  Step 1 In a thick bottom pan, boil the milk and bring it half. Vrat Special - Rajgira Bhagar Aloo Mini Uttapam with Mint Peanut flavour Dahi  Chaitra Navratri is just around the corner (March 23) and you can enjoy this Vrat or Fating special - Rajgira Bhagar Aloo Mini Uttapam with Mint Peanut flavour Dahi. Rajgira or Amaranth flour is also preferred by those who are on diet or portion controls. This can also be your breakfast option wherein you can replace the Aloo with Lauki.
