Dark Chocolate Kulfi
Ingredients:
- 1/2 litre of milk
- 1/2 cup of fresh cream
- 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
- 2 tablespoons of corn flour
- 3 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 cup of chopped dark chocolate (I have used amul chocolate you can use any)
- Kulfi moulds
Method
- In a thick bottom pan boil half litre of milk, boil it for 20 mins till it becomes slightly thick. Close the gas
- In my milk there was already thick malai, if yours don't have it then add half cup of fresh cream or malai
- In a small cup add 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 3 tablespoon of sugar and 1/2 cup of chopped dark chocolate mix well and now add 3 tablespoon of hot milk
- Keep stirring the chocolate mixture for 2-3 mins till you get nice smooth texture to it
- Now add the chocolate mixture in the milk and on the gas and boil the milk once again for 10 mins or so
- Cool down the chocolate milk completely and fill in the kulfi moulds
- Refrigerate it and enjoy
