Quick snack option for rainy season - Red chilli Olive oil flavour Roasted Makhana  


By the tea time we all are tired and we want a quick fix for our hunger...Makhana is always most preferred option by me as they are very healthy. I try many makhana options one of the recent ones is very easy one with the use of olive oil and Kashmiri chilli powder...Just these two ingredients adds amazing taste to makhana. Note use of olive makes the snack very light and perfect for those who are health conscious



Ingredients: 
  1. 1 big bowl Makhana
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  3. 1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri chili powder
  4. as per taste Salt

Method: 

- In a pan add olive oil, heat it, add chilli powder and salt. Now add makhana and mix well and roast it for few mins


  1. - Makhana gets roasted in just 4-5 mins...transfer it in a plate and enjoy with chai coffee
