Rajgira Puri Served with Sukhi Aloo Sabzi and Mint flavour Dahi
Vrat Special thali Rajgira Puri with Sukhi Aloo sabzi and mint flavour Dahi
This is Vrat special thali that can be enjoyed by family. This is easy to make and can be done in 40 mins. If you avoid deep fried then u can also make Rajgira Parathas.
Making of Rajgira Puri
1) In a bowl add 200 gms Rajgira Atta, one mashed banana or add one mashed boiled Aloo, sendha namak as per taste and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper powder ...mix well and knead the dough
2) Keep oil for heating...use butter paper or any plastic sheet and then roll the Puri. Fry them on medium to high flame.
Making of Sukhi Aloo Sabzi
1) Cut 3 potatoes into small pieces
2) Heat the ghee in a pan, add one teaspoon of jeera, once jeera turns red add one teaspoon of ginger chilli paste and 6 to 7 curry leaves
3) Add chopped potatoes, sendha namak and 1 and 1/2 cup of water
4) Cook the sabzi on a low flame till Aloo turns soft. Keep stirring in between
5) Once Aloo is cooked add 2 tablespoon of fine ground nut powder
6) Mix well and your sabzi is ready
Making of Mint flavour Dahi
1) Take one cup of Dahi. Whisk it add 2 teaspoon of sugar and finely chopped mint leaves.
2) Mix well. Keep it refrigerator and serve it with Puri and Sabzi.
3) U can add roasted jeera powder, green chilli as well to Dahi.
